Block duff PURs?

Every few days, someone goes to The Centre of Therapy and sends some duff pictures (fingers, legs, floors) from there and from nearby locations - often Penny Withers Studio, sometimes Mcdonalds or other nearby businesses. Sometimes the same pics at each location.

Today there are five pictures and a “Wrong details” flag.

Can anything be done to block or prevent these spurious requests?

It is possible to ban users from reporting, I believe it is a total ban on all types of report and place updates.

I’ve had similar before in my area bu they get bored with their ‘fun’ after a week or 2.

I wish they;d hurry up and get bored, because this has been going on for a couple of months!
However these new pictures are from a different editor ID.
