Hello,

I would like to add in between parking road to Borough Fields Car Park. The 3 segments of the car park parking roads are locked to level 4 parking

Downed back to A(1) with no obvious reason to relock, since access street is also 1.
The editor who previously changed has not edited for 3 years and attitudes have changed as regards number of lanes to be mapped (Places/Car Parks). Ensure that they are all ‘None’ named to avoid red outlines.
