Reason: To add a parking road to GlamaCo on the corner as right turns into this premises are not possible when coming from the south on SR40

Hello Mike, this does not require an unlock, you can just add a parking lot road (PLR) to node A from the link you have kindly specified. Then connect the south western part of the PLR also to node A at this segment to form a backward C shape or crescent. Please ensure turns are set correctly by using streetview within the editor. If unsure, I can help you.
We could even forego the PLR creation and manually add Glamco if you had issues routing thru here. My personal preference tbh is to leave the PLR off completely but this is neither right or wrong, just a matter of taste
