That segment can be used both ways by taxis and motorcycles.
I can’t add a restriction for taxis and motorcycles on that segment, probably because I’m level 1.
If you have the time and can make those edits would be amazing as it would really help being accurate.

I’ve uploaded a picture with all the segments that should allow access both ways for public transport, taxis and motorcycles.
I would have done it but when I want to add an exception I don’t have “taxi” or “motorcycle”, so I didn’t make any changes.
