Can somebody level 3+ please enable all turns at this node please? Corresponding sections of A21 are locked level 3.

The node is not locked. I think you have resolved it already?
Sorry if I wasn’t clear. The node itself wasn’t locked. It was the segments of the A21 connected to it that were locked.
Rather than post an unlock request, do the edit myself (for a measly couple of points), then ask someone to lock the segment again, I thought it would be easier just to let whoever has enough rights unlock, edit, re-lock themselves.
Anyway, the segments are unlocked, so I enabled all turns at that node. Thanks guys!
