BUG - latest waze app needs gps “high accuracy” enabled

Yes i did. Not in high accuracy mode!
What was the problem that you tackled?
As described earlier. When not at high accuracy mode, the app will notify and closes.

It always happens in the latest version.
In version 4.22.1.0 it works good.
In case you are using a location mode that does not use the GPS (Normally called Battery saving mode), then the Waze application cannot work. You must enable the GPS (High accuracy mode or device only mode). It might be that some change was included in the new Waze version, but I’m not aware of it. Anyway, you can use the high accuracy mode if the “device only” mode does not work.
This is the BUG! The app won’t work when using “device only mode”.

I hope that it will be fixed (we have no influence on the company’s priorities)
It’s not a bug according to the company. Actually it is WAD
The Waze is not supposed to work on non “high accuracy mode” in contrary to google maps
They might change it in the future.
