Normally I’d ask why you wanted to edit the road, but I think I can guess that you want to join the paved road on. Please post again when you’re done.

Still a little more to do though. If you select the B3374 segments, you’ll see a red arrow pointing along the new road. This means turns into it are forbidden, which is presumably not the intention. Click the arrow to turn it green (and then save).
The new road itself needs an address. Although in this case the address is probably “no name” and “no city”, but you still need to tell Waze. Select the segment, select “address”, click the “none” boxes for street and city, then the bit will still catches me out sometimes, click “apply” before you click “save”.
Finally, some of the new road segments further from the “B” road need to have their direction set, presumably to “two way”, rather than left “unknown”. And then save.
Quicker to do than to describe, you’ll get the hang of it soon enough

Changes normally take about two days, but if they’re problems with the updates, it can take a little longer.
