Thanks for wanting to help us improve the quality of the UK maps. The selected segment has now been set to lock level 1, please post a response here once you’ve made the edits so we can restore it to its previous level again.
For future reference, if you select the required segment in WME and then click on the chain icon in the top right corner (below the layers and reload icons), you can then copy the permalink provided which will include a reference to the selected segment - when someone else opens this link, WME will then automatically select the segment.

Almost there, just a little bit of tidying up to do if you’d be so kind.
When creating new segments, two things they don’t get given automatically are names and speed limits. So select the segment again, then (1) click on the “No address” field to open the address edit dialog, (2) enter the street name if known, otherwise tick the “None” box and then (3) click Apply. Finally (4) set the speed limit if known for both directions (as it’s a two-way street), and then save your changes…
