I am hoping to get a bit of help with a business address update. I work for Musos Corner in Newcastle NSW and our store has recently moved. Hoping to get the new details updated as soon as we can. I’ve reported the changes in the app but am wondering if anyone is able to push them through, or has any other tips on getting them to update?
Old Address: 711 Hunter St Newcastle West NSW 2303
New Address: 252 Pacific Hwy Charlestown NSW 2290
Thanks very much for your speedy help on this! I followed the steps to clear my cache and noticed there are two listings appearing for the business.
Picture A shows the correct address in the description, but the pin on the map is still at the old location.
Picture B shows the new address and correct pin location, but without the Google reviews attached.
Is it possible to consolidate these down to one listing at the new address with correct pin location, using the profile that has our Google reviews attached? Let me know what would be the best next steps, thank you again!
The result from image A is coming from Google Maps. Waze uses some results from GM to supplement our results. The process is usually to mark the place as permanently closed and after some time it will drop off the map:
