EV charging station registration

Hi everyone,

We have received a list of EV charging stations from the Spott Network and need to register them in WME. Therefore, I am asking for your help to carry out these registrations, each within your respective areas with editing permissions.

In total, there are approximately 300 records, but for now, only public charging stations should be registered. It is necessary to follow the rules defined in the Wazeopedia.

The spreadsheet with the list is available at this link.

After completing the registration for each station, you must update the status, notes (if necessary), and username fields.

If it is not possible to add a place due to a lack of information, you should change the status to “Missing information” and add a comment in the notes field.

Note: You need to request access to the spreadsheet.

Important Update

Private charging stations will not be added to the map. In these cases, you can change the status to “Private”. Charging stations should be considered private if access is not open to the public, such as those located in residential condominiums. There are some records in the spreadsheet identified as private that the public can clearly access. Therefore, the chosen access type should be “public” or “restricted”.

georgenqueiroz, could you leave the spreadsheet sorted by State, and the filters locked?

Let’s go!

George, good afternoon!

Should all charging stations be registered with the Spott Network?

My question is due to the following charging station, which had already been added to the map with the “Ative Recharge” Network. The Ative Recharge app even shows this charging station.

Thank you.

Hi @denysdgcf! I can’t look into the case in detail right now. However, there is a possibility that there are two different charging stations at the same location. If you prefer, you can mark the record as “Missing information” and we’ll check with the person responsible for the Spott network.

To answer your question: All of them should be registered as Spott Network

Warm regards and happy editing!!!

Ideally, each user should create their own filters rather than having a general one for everyone.

To do it individually, just click Data > Create filter view. This way, there’s a temporary filter for each user.
