We have already updated the 2026 school calendars on the Waze Panama map, allowing school zones to function correctly according to official dates.
How does this help Wazers?
-
It activates school zone alerts during the correct periods.
-
It contributes to safer and more responsible driving.
-
It improves map accuracy and the navigation experience for everyone.
Your support is key
If you know of a school, college, or educational center that does not have a created school zone or you notice one that is not correctly located, we invite you to report it so we can review it and create it correctly on the map.
You can do this by sharing:
-
Name of the educational center
-
Approximate location
-
Comment or screenshot (if possible)
Together we continue to make Waze a more useful and safer tool for the community
Thank you for being an active part of Waze Panama!
