The obstruction to getting to the right direction is not lengthy (<400m) and not blocked by median or traffic control signage. All of the intersections are available for U-turns or other straightforward turns.
The road appears to be amenable to being crossed as a pedestrian, safely.
That road seems to be less of a candidate for being divided then some of the roads I’ve undivided in the past.
Fair enough. I think what we really need is a ‘Road has median’ property for streets so the routing system knows when to direct a driver to the other side of the road.
