I’d really like that feature back. It was really helpful. As it stands now if I use URO+ it hides the URs until the #days since last comment has passed.
It used to email me.
Every UR has Follow Conversation checked.
I haven’t received an email from a UR in a week.
This is basically a duplicate of the topic you already created before on this issue.
I don’t know what could be wrong, I hope that someone here can help you but in the end we have no way of checking what’s happening for you as only the Waze staff can check.
In case nobody else can suggest other things than what I already suggested in the other topic… Have you also looked here ? (hint: near the bottom)
I created a ticket and got a reply that Windows Phone is not supported at this time.
Yes it’s a duplicate. You were the only one who responded there and that’s a dead end so I tried here.
Is anyone else reading this having issues with e-mails for URs on WP ?

I could try to change my email address, but the only place I can see being able to do that is in the app.
Can also be done beside the dashboard.
Thanks Chun, I switched my email from Hotmail to Gmail and I started getting alerts from comments again. So I tried switching it back to my hotmail acct. Nothing. Not sure what’s going on. I really dislike Gmail and only have it for work.
Maybe hotmail considers those e-mails as spam? (But then why would it happen only with you, strange…)
In any case it sounds like the issue is coming from them since Waze sends the e-mails with no issue to your other e-mail address.
Did you ask Microsoft support ?
On a side note, did you ever try the UR-MP Tracker script ?
It lets you scan for URs, and when you have new comments you can see it with a little yellow highlight.
Well that’s the thing, if it’s spam then why isn’t it in the Spam folder?
No, don’t have UR-MP Tracker Script but I’ll try it out.
I thought maybe it’s filtered even before it gets to your inbox by hotmail for some reason, like they believe it’s dangerous e-mails and block them ?
But then everyone with hotmail would have this problem. It’s strange :?
Try to switch to gmail and stay for a few days. It might work.
OK, I’ve switched it back to gmail. It’s horrible. How do you get it to not lump everything from Waze into the same conversation? Makes it pretty tough to sort what’s new, what’s old, what I’m saving for when I have enough time to devote to fixing a complex problem, etc…
See! I hope so too. This happens to me every day. 
Click the gear icon in Gmail.
Select Settings from the menu that comes up.
Go to the General tab.
Make sure Conversation view off is selected under Conversation View:.
Click Save Changes.
