Can you change your User Name on your account? If so how?
From the app go to menu. Click on My Waze. Click on your name and user name at the top. The tap on your username. You can then change it.

Make sure to back up any PMs that you want to keep - once you change your user name the forum account for that old user name will no longer be accessible (learned the hard way).
How do you back-up your PMs - I just went to my emails that I had saved and the links still worked to my old PM’s ???
Would also like to know about backing up PMs as I was considering removing the underscore from my username and just have it as serega12 instead of serega_12.
Edit: I’d probably lose all the membership to user groups too? And how about the managed areas? Did it affect any of yours?
Although I follow the directions to change my User Name and Waze states that the new name “looks good,” the original one still appears on my account.
