Cannot edit a place in Erbil, Iraq — permission error

Hi, I am a Waze Partner managing Chery Al Sarab car dealership locations across Iraq. When I try to save edits to a showroom place in Erbil, I get a saving error saying “You don’t have permission to make some of the changes.”

Could an Area Manager please help unlock this place so I can update the business details?

The place is called Chery Showroom and is located in Erbil on 100m Street, Makhmour intersection.
