Cannot save map edit due to "error"

I am in the process of updating the map for my drive to work. There is a road to access my office that has a roundabout, but was currently shown as a dead end road that needed a U-turn.

I have the roundabout in and updated the names and flow directions, but when I try to save it tells me an error occurred. The it darkens the map and leaves a highlighted circle, but I am unsure why, as the spot with the highlight has no nodes or anything in the area, it is partway around the roundabout.

It looks as though its highlighting the little stub out road that goes no where, since they built it in a way it doesn’t connect to our office park.

UPDATE:

I deleted the roundabout and noticed a small segment on the original road that was causing an issue. It was showing as an intersection with no directions assigned. Got rid of it, redrew the roundabout and it saved without issue.

Hi, could you please post a permalink to the area of the map? I can tell what city from the screen shot, but nothing else. Thanks.

This was probably a dead end for a reason. We generally do not map the road behind supermarkets and strip malls. They tend to cause issues with the addresses on the streets behind the mall.
