Can't login on mobile

I reset my phone, and after re-installing Waze, I can’t login with it.

I tried, and then clicked the ‘forgot password’ link which sent me the email, and I reset the password. Still no luck.

I was able to log in here, so the id and new password work.

Any idea what’s going on?

The password reset was done 2 hours ago, so it shouldn’t be a timing thing. I uninstalled waze and re-installed it, still no go.

This is Waze 4.1.0.1 on Marshmallow (6.0.1) on a Samsung Galazy Note 5.

I"m having the same issue and have done the same steps.

I’m able to log in on the Waze desktop site but not mobile.
Keeps telling -
Login Failed: Wrong Loging
“Please verify login details are accurate”

I’m using Waze 4.1.0.1 on Android 6.0 HTC One M9

So you both can still login with your old username to forums here? Yet when you use the same password in the app you get the error?

I just tried again, and waze on the phone took my user/password and logged in. It now shows all my stats (points, etc.). I don’t know what was done to fix it, but it looks like I am good now.
