Hi, The main reason for the unlock request is that I want to move the junction where the exit ramp to Belconnen Way from Caswell Dr northbound joins on. Currently its way too late. The lane actually starts 500m earlier and someone might ignore it thinking that the instruction is about something further along. By the time you get the final instruction to exit it will be too late.
I’ve marked a few other segments as I’ll also adjust the elevations so the Freeway segments are elevated (as appropriate) and the ramps that go underneath are at ground level (rather than subterranean).
Additionally, to the south there’s a node that can be removed by taking the city name out of one segment.
I also note that Osprey06 has some unfinished work on some ramps there. I’ll leave those to him.
Could someone please drop the marked freeway segments to Lvl3.
AND in the process of adjusting the elevations and tidying up the alignment of the roads I noticed… that the satellite image is out of date and the alignment of the freeway segments on the overpass are wrong. The ACT government short sightedly built this road as one lane each way and only built one half of the overpass and that’s what is still shown. Soon after the road opened they had to start work on duplicating the road (finished long ago). So I need one more segment dropped to level 3 so I can finish aligning the south bound lanes on the overpass. You can see the proper alignment in the GPS points. Could someone please drop this to level 3:
Oh, and a BIG WARNING That bug that switches the direction of road segments is still there. Glad I noticed that the south bound lanes had reversed direction. That would have been ugly.
I did spot one more node that could be eliminated by renaming this segment currently named ‘Glenloch Interchange’ to Caswell Dr which would allow the node at the northern end to be deleted. If you don’t mind could you do that too please.
