I have marked an area in the Editor along Newgate Street in central Newcastle upon Tyne but as yet no editor has responded my request?
Newgate Street from Blackett Street junction (North) is now fully a Bus and Cycle road only in both directions to Clayton Street junction so taxi needs removing.
From there Clayton Street to Grainger Street the south bound lane is open to all but the northbound lane is again bus and cycle only so taxi needs removing. At Grainger Street Newgate Street junction there is now a no left and right turn into Newgate Street apart from buses and cycles.
If only I could edit? How can I achieve an editor level?

I’ve removed taxi from those segments for you - see if it looks Ok now. The changes should be live in the waze app in about a week (usually sooner but we have a delay currently)
The forum is the best way to ask for edit requests. Another editor would have to stumble upon comments in the map - they’re best used for leaving advice/NB/reason notes rather than asking for help or a change.
If you only have access to newcastle town centre then one way to get edit experience is to add /update places. In busy cities the roads are likely to be auto-locked to level 4
