Many cities in Sweden has restrictions on studded tires. It is forbidden to drive specific streets in the cities. It is also forbidden not to have winter tires during winter in Sweden, so this is a common problem.
Waze should not recommend such route during winter time. Or it should be possible to put in settings, if the car has studded tires, so Waze can change recommendation during winter.
In Stockholm for example, this is applied for Flemminggatan, parts of Kungsgatan and Hornsgatan. There are also such restrictions also in other cities.
Note that similar restrictions applies if you drive an old diesel vehicle.
