I would like to be able to edit the following segments.

Reason: There’s a pretty dangerous pothole which after heavy rain is a serious problem as it cointains a small swimming pool’s worth of water and depending on vehicle can blind you for about 10 seconds. Would love to place something there as it hasd been an issue for at least a year.

At present, we don’t have a permanent hazard feature in Waze. You’d need to add this as a pothole hazard in the app when driving through. If it is a persistent problem, I’d also suggest you consider reporting it on Fix My Street.
