Is this a full road closure :?: If not, you should mark the location using your app Hazard > Weather > Flood

Its not a full road closure, its flash localised flooding thats on a notorious stretch of road (Blidworth Waye)

Then this requires you to place a hazard warning via the app, we can’t add these from the Waze Map Editor.
