Ramps to reversible express lanes in this area do not conform to best practices and are routing users on to lanes.
What changes are you looking to make? You may also want to PM the level 5 editor who last edited that ramp segment. I’m not going to unlock it just to unlock it. I’d rather it get ironed out with him.

Not that I can unlock it, but I would talk to Arlen. That’s a big change to make and he must have had reasons to map it this way… Reversible express lanes are tricky.
That’s why I’m not unlocking it. There’s got to be a very good reason. I did PM this to Arlen, but I don’t know if he read it, and he hasn’t responded to me.
EDIT: He hasn’t seen it, yet.
I remember updating a couple segment names there but don’t recall changing any of the turns. The fact that edits to turns don’t show up in the segment’s update information doesn’t help jog my memory.
Either way, I have disabled the left turn leading into the highlighted segment since that is where the routing engine would make the choice to use the express or local lanes.
