I’d like to contribute to Shanghai region. I was born in Shanghai, lived there over 30 years. Now I am in Sydney, did some map editors here. Level 1 right now.
Unfortunately no Mapraid in China at the moment and I do believe we will not have one in the near future. Sure you are free to edit the China map but you have get the right first, such as you have been driving there. As you are still new in Waze community, I suggest you keep on editing in your are in Sydney. Once you get higher ranking (at least L3 or L4) and experience, then you can request permission to edit China map.
