[CLOSED] unlock hwy 38 near yongi-dong (pyeongtaek)

I’m trying to clean up hwy 38 through yongi-dong in pyeongtaek. A number of roads intersecting Hwy 38 do not have proper connections to it and are useless for navigation. there are additional segments that don’t need to be there as well. Also Pyeongtaek university main entrance was unnecessarily split into one-ways. in cleaning that up, the turn restrictions at hwy 38 are invalid. please unlock hwy 38 between ihwa-ro (near prugio apts) and pyeongtaek university.
