It looks like you are highlighting a road closure, as this requires an L3 editor I have mapped this now.
Yes, that is exactly what I was trying to show, a long term road closure. Bring back the option in the app please. It is very frustrating not having it anymore!
We are only users like yourself, not Waze staff or developers, adding closures in the app is still an option under the report menu, however it only affects your own journey.

Not with Android Auto or CarPlay unfortunately.
