Im still figuring this thing out. I dont see anything on the site or even the guided tour that even mention cookies and goodies and scoreboard, etc… But does everyone see the same cookies and goodies? Like if one person eat all the cookies on a street or a goodie, does it disappear off the map of other users as well?
Also, how long before the cookies reappear back on the streets?
Welcome! Yes, we all see the same goodies. Cookies are only eaten once before they disappear for everyone. Goodies (cupcakes, etc.) are allowed to be eaten by three different users. You earn points for eating both, and you also earn points for just driving.

cookies are the dots on unconfirmed (pacman roads). Cookie munching (or road munching) is driving over such roads (and in the process confirming them)

driving over unconfirmed roads (pacman roads). See cookie munching
pacman roads
unconfirmed roads marked with dots (cookies). Roads that have not been driven on since created or significantly edited in Cartouche. Driving over these roads earns you points and turns your car icon into a Pacman-type character that “munches the dots”
