I’m unable to create a road closure.
From now till 9/26/2017 83rd Ave NE in Marysville WA 98270 will be closed between 61st St NE and 50th St NE from 7am-7pm Monday through Friday.
Thank you
I’ll try to reach out to someone who can address this issue for you. Also I would suggest posting this in the Washington State forums.
Do you have a link to this information online?
I was able to do some research (Permalink), though not sure where the mid Sept date comes from.

Also in the future if you could, sending one report at the location would suffice.
