I’ve gathered a whole lot of points lately… my phone says around 8000.
My dashboard tells me this now?!
And all my routes are gone?? 
I also had a bunch of map updates and kilometers…
Can someone fix this?
My information is also missing from the Dashboard.

Though, this might be a bug to consider checking up on.
I didn’t do anything - not for it to disappear, nor to it reappear.
Could be that you somehow were not directed to your countries relative site, hence you landed on the www.waze.com site (where you have no points) and not to the world.waze.com (where you do have). We are working to unify this, but for time being, this can explain this.
He must have been on the www dashboard (www.waze.com/dashboard), because there are points for forum posts, which are only visible while using the www server (for world-server users). All other points (for world-server users) are only visible in the world-dashboard (world.waze.com/dashboard), where the forum-points are missing.
I apparently have 0 points on the world.waze.com dashboard and only 484 points on the www.waze.com dashboard.
Granted, I’ve only been using the iPhone 1.6 version for about a week or so and my app says i have 2141
A similar thing happened to me I lost 1/2 point on the phone after I updated to a new version. Then the points can back to my phone they were both good for a week now the dash board has 1/2 the points but they are still on my phone. Does anyone know what is going on here?
I know it’s hard to keep track of with so many separate posts about missing points.
A note from Fej is buried in this thread. The points system is being worked on. Points were being added up wrong both in the client and server. The client update took some away. Now we are just waiting on the server code to be validated.
