Exciting news! The migration to Discuss is almost complete, and we’re aiming for September 23rd.
Here’s what to expect:

September 23rd: The full content migration will be carried out, and the phpBB forum will be switched to read-only mode for two days after which, an automatic redirection of forum links to waze Discuss will come into effect.

All redirections are subject to the migration mapping. Redirections will only work for content that has been migrated.

Links to posts (viewtopic.php/?p=12345) will be redirected to migrated posts.

Links to topics (viewtopic.php/?t=12345) will be redirected to migrated topics.

Links that include both a post and a topic will be redirected to the post

Links to forums (viewforum.php/?f=12345) will be redirected to the migrated forum.

Please update any necessary links after the migration.

No phpBB Access: After migration, phpBB will be inaccessible.

We will Import users notification preferences: You can later change the preference in Discuss .

Current signatures will be migrated

The limit is 1000 characters.

If your signature is longer than that, it will get imported, but when you try to edit it, you’ll get an error message, this is a built -in limitation in Discuss.

Share lon the Waze Forum the WME to open a post on the forum will work only 2 weeks after the content migration. During that time, links will redirect to phpbb (in read only mode) until the full migration is completed.
