Does anyone know how to reach an editor for central (Durham) NC for road closures?

There are about a dozen road segments closed in my neighborhood for water & sewer line replacements. Some of them have been closed for a few months, with weeks/months remaining until the work is complete. Obviously the locals know to go around, but it would be nice for the closures to be reflected in Waze.

affected segments:
West Club Blvd from Alabama to Maryland: 35023027, 35028140, 35024420, 35032955, 35030474.
Virginia for a block north and south of Club: 35025750, 35020892
Oakland for a block north and south of Club: 35020892, 35030483, 64876891
Oval for a block north and south of Club: 35033046, 64876887
Carolina for a block north and south of Club: 35033047, 35024357

I am placing the closures on the map in accordance with the City of Durham West Club Blvd Corridor Project.

Do these closures extend through the weekends of are they only Monday to Friday?

Thanks. It looks like you’ve got the ones for Club Blvd, but not the side streets. I’m happy to take and send you photos of those closures–I’m not sure why they’re not shown on the City’s traffic control drawing.

They’re actively working during the week, but the “road closed” signs are up 24/7, and I think they want to restrict traffic to local (i.e. getting to your house) only. There’s frequently equipment like excavators parked in travel lanes, and sometimes open but covered excavations.
