Not quite sure what needs to be done.
I clicked on both of them and I’m not understanding the first one (exit not turn).
The second one is just a simple “not identified” for reasons none of us can explain.
That’s my opinion.
To me, “exit not turn” means that the ramp is attached to the freeway at a 90° angle, so the client is giving the driver a “turn right” instruction. It should be a more acute angle, so that the client will give a “exit right” instruction.
As for the other one, it seems pretty clear that both reports were made by the same user on the same drive, so it is probably just the same issue.
