Reason for request: The speed limit on this section used to be 120Km/h, but got changed back to 100Km/h. I would like to update the speed limit. After the update we can lock it back to level 4.

Just be careful with zooms in permalinks. If an area is not cached or you have no prior selections, most major roads might be visible at level 0, but only become selectable at zoom level 2. I had to play around with the URL zoom to get them selected 
Thanks, I am still new to this Forum stuff. I have applied the change to the speed limit - You can lock it back to Level 4 again. PS: How do I change this forum post to [DONE] as all the others?
