I have done some edits recently, however number of my edits (3,693) doesn’t seem to grow at all.
Am I doing something wrong?

Yes the point server is broken at them moment, this also means your profile info is delayed. You can keep an eye on status.waze.com. You can still see a total of each days edits represented by the red coloured ‘pills’ on your profile page.
As if by magic, it’s updated. :o
