Editor assistance in Alabama

Below are two seperate issues. The bridge is not really a bridge and probably needs to be closed out. The area is a small creek looks like an oversized culvert or corragated pipe should be in area than a “bridge”. Second is construction area. All comments are attached to the report. I haven’t driven in area and lost editable area permissions. Thanks in advance.

I’m not sure I understand the request in the Pell City area on Hwy 78. Has the bridge work been completed, or is it still closed? I broke that stretch of road last year and someone else reconnected it in November.
