Need help with this request. I’m not sure how to handle it. This user says the road is closed more than it’s open. I do know it’s closed a lot of the time but I’m not sure just how much. What is the best way to handle it?

I take it the road is only open at random, and there’s no set hours of access? I don’t think I’ve ever come across anything like that before. If there’s a regular schedule of openings then it could be handled through the time based restrictions feature. I’d be interested to know what some other experienced editors think, but it sounds like the best solution to me would be to hard restrict the turns at either end so people can drive it on their own but Waze won’t route over the dam.
