Hi everyone,

Registration is now open for the next EMEA Mega Meetup , which this year will be held in Berlin, Germany .

It will be a new opportunity to gather with editors from across EMEA, share experiences, participate in presentations and workshops, discuss ideas, and continue strengthening the Waze community.

DATES

From Friday, October 16, to Sunday, October 18, 2026

The meeting will begin on Friday afternoon and end on Sunday around 2:00 PM .

LOCATION

Berlin, Germany

PROPOSED AGENDA

Friday, October 16
Check-in, reception, and dinner.

Saturday, October 17
Presentations, workshops, group activity, and dinner.

Sunday, October 18
Presentations, round tables, Q&A panel, and farewell cocktail.

REGISTRATION

Spaces are limited.

Important: registering does not guarantee a spot, as there is a limited number of spots for each community.

Selected individuals will receive confirmation via email in mid-July. If anyone is placed on the waitlist, they will be notified if a spot becomes available.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE REGISTERING

  • Check that your passport is valid.
  • Do not book flights on your own. The travel agency will contact attendees once their spot is confirmed.
  • Waze covers 2 nights of accommodation: Friday and Saturday.
  • A third night could be covered if the travel itinerary requires it or if there is a long distance by road, always with prior approval.
  • You can travel with companions, but Waze does not cover their expenses, does not manage their flights, and they will not be able to participate in the Meetup sessions.
