Entry to A38M (N) Aston is now open

The entry slip is now open, 30mph speed restrictions are still in place, I drove it this morning after finding an alternative route due to an accident on the M6, the cones were being removed yesterday evening as I left for home.

I am unable to edit this slip as my level does not allow.

Hi Horace, is that this one? I’ve left it for the moment, I’ll whip the closure out as soon as you confirm.

For future reference, a “permalink” like this can be created by selecting the road you want in WME (Waze Map Editor webpage), clicking the icon in the bottom right that looks like a canoe paddle, and then pasting into your post. Then click the URL icon above.

Since this is your first post, welcome to the forums! Have you seen the Quickstart guide to editing? Far too much to absorb in one go, I know!

Happy editing! Any questions, just ask. You are welcome to send me a PM, but you’ll probably get a quicker answer by posting on the main UK forum.

Yes that’s the one, I have edited a few local roads due to speed limit changes recently, had a look at the map editing a while ago but will look again. I use the A38M and M6 every day for my commute so will no doubt have a few more posts as things open and close in the near future.

Will add a permalink next time (sorry about that)

Cheers

Stuart (Horace-Hotplate)

Hi Stuart, sorry about guessing your name wrong.

The slip road is now open on Waze.

Thanks for the info,
Ian

To be fair calling myself Horace didn’t give you much option, I answer to most things, usually the kids names then the dogs names then my own name once my wife gets to it.

Thanks for your help, appreciated.
