Error in opening hours of URs

I opened a UR this morning and the time appears as if I were still going to open it this afternoon.

it looks like it’s something related to the time zone.

Are you referring to the following UR?
If so, the time is correct: 11:07 AM.

But the app shows the times 14:32 and 14:34.

The user who opens the UR gets confused by this.

This happens when opening messages in the app.
I went to check and the times are showing in UTC, i.e., Brasília time +3.

In the example above, the UR was opened at 09:06 (it shows 12:06) and the message was sent at 20:36 (it shows 23:36).
I reported this in the Beta App forum.
