heys guys feel free to move this post if its the wrong section but this I where I thought I should try since its local.
Anyways, my ETA is totally weird when I use the gps. For example its 730 right now in San Diego. I set a destination to la a few hours north and its says eta 5:25. This happens all the time with any destination I enter. Ive reset my phone a few times uninstalled the app and reinstalled (the usual fixes) but still no luck. The GPS works fine. But the ETA is totally messed up. Its stuck in a different zone or something im not sure. Everything is updated and my iphones time zone is correct and the ETA still is wrong. Anyone have any ideas? thanks
What version of Waze? And where did you download it?
What OS and version?
Is it rooted, jailbroken, or anything else unique?
Also could be related to if they are on the Rest of the World Server or North America Server; not sure how you switch from one to the other in the app; in a border situation like this. I would search the forums, but the search feature is toast…
The server is chosen automatically by GPS. Do you have the GPS service enabled on your device, and is the Waze app permitted to access it?
Iphone 6plus all updated.
Non jail broke. eveything is factory.

I hate to say it, but I would try and contact Waze support. The only other thing that I could think of is the time-zone setting on the iPhone; I presume you have verified that it is set to PST (Cupertino, CA)… Therefore, that leaves my NA vs ROTW server theory, which is more like a hunch, but I do not know for sure.
However, if you think my server hunch could be the problem; the USA server can be forced using a code. I am going to direct you to this page of the Wiki with more info:
