Fetcham, Surrey split segment and change speed limit

Hi Editors,

I would like you to please edit the following segments. The 20mph limit is in force from the speedhump next to the village hall and not the junction with Lodge Road. This is causing Waze to beep at me for speeding up into the 30mph zone after the speed bump.
Your help will be greatly appreciated.
