There is a 20mph speed limit that needs to be applied outside my permitted editing area, or within an area that is locked above my level, in Chorleywood.
It runs along Heronsgate Road and Long Lane from -0.53010 51.64880 to -0.52589 51.64516 - the speed limit signs at both ends are clearly visible on the street view (as are some of the less worn speed limit markings on the road surface).
I would ask for an unlock down to level 1, but I don’t yet know how to split a segment so as to get the transition point in the correct place, so could someone do the honours for me, please?
