what exactly do you want to do?
Move a Waze place or change it? You can just do whatever changes are necessary on a place. If it is one of your first edits (or the place is locked higher than your editor level) they have to be approved by a higher level editor.
Can you send a Permalink https://wazeopedia.waze.com/wiki/Global/Waze_Map_Editor/Permalink to the location you are referring to?
