Is it possible to include an icon or note in hazards for water over roads

Flood is a hazard available under the bad weather menu. Report bad weather - Waze Help Report bad weather - Waze Help
If the road is impassable you may want to mark it as closed instead/ as well so other users aren’t routed through.
