Currently there is no option for reporting water on the road when there is flooding. This would be helpful in the Reporting a Hazard section either On Road or On Shoulder.
Unfortunately the menu for what hazards there are, is a limited space. If waze put in every item ever requested on these forums, you would have a long scrolling list.
If you are in an area where voice command is possible, I believe this is already an option.
Flooding, tornado, lane closed … much better options in the voice commands.
What still gets me is that “disabled vehicle” didn’t make the list of on-road hazards…
Perhaps because 99.999% of disabled vehicles are on the shoulder. Vehicles that are disabled in the travel lanes should IMO be considered accidents. Once off to the side and no longer blocking traffic they are disabled vehicles.
