Forum tech error - and bad tech response

I got a system error during a post. The resulting page requests that you contact the administrator and provides a link to do so, The link is a mailto link for support@waze.com. Sending details about the problem gets a canned response telling you that the address is unmonitored and suggesting various generic support resources.

The error page needs to be modified to suggest posting the problem here. Note however that there needs to be an alternate mechanism in case the very same problem the user is having and trying to report, also prevents posting here.
