Yesterday evening, I also could not report gas station prices at the two stations I tried, even after turning my phone off and restarting.
I have reported gas prices at these particular stations before in Waze several times with no problem, so I also think it is an app issue and not a WME issue.
Waze complained about the GPS indicating no gas stations were nearby. (I don’t recall the exact words.)
However, GasBuddy had no trouble specifying I was within 0.1 mi of the station (so I think my GPS was working fine).
I have occasionally had similar trouble reporting gas prices with my Waze app in the past.
There is an ongoing master thread about gas reporting being down for all of the US.
Should be back in business now
