Note: I am posting this in the forum as I don’t have access to the DISCORD on the computer I am currently utilizing.
The reporter is stating that they are unable to edit the gas station prices. They’ve had this happen before but it was a while back. I checked the place settings and confirmed it’s listed as a gas station. I don’t see any other reason why it wouldn’t allow them to update.
Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.
You have to be at the location within a certain radius of the gas station. With the map issue report button, there should be a Gas Prices icon. This should allow them to submit that.
Also, we cannot update the prices in the online map editor for them. This is done via the app only. Many times I’ll see Place Update Requests (PURs) indicating wrong gas prices and we’re left to “ignore” it instead of “solve” it.

According to their post, they were at the gas station, under the covered gas pumps.
I’m aware we can’t edit on the editor. I’m curious why it wouldn’t let them update.
I presume it’s an issue on their phone.
