GPS doesn't show a public street in Topoloveni

Hello,
I am requesting an editor’s help to correct a road segment in Topoloveni, Argeș County.
It is a short street (approx. 100m) located on DJ702 (Calea București), at the exit towards Priboieni, immediately after the LPG (GPL) station (about 30m away).

The issue: Waze does not route traffic on this street, even though:

  1. It is fully paved.

  2. It is a public road (connecting DJ702 and the parallel street).

  3. It has “Give Way” signs at both ends.

  4. It has no access restrictions (it is not a private road).

The segment is likely incorrectly marked as a “Parking Lot Road” or is logically disconnected from the main road. Please enable routing on this segment.
Approximate coordinates: 44.8215, 25.0685 (near the LPG station).

Hi,

I’ve been trying to figure out which street you’re talking about, but I couldn’t, because:

Calea București isn’t on DJ702, it’s on DN7.

Your GPS coordinates lead me to Dealurilor St. … on a hill.

I don’t see any LPG station.

Please give me another landmark. Maybe go to maps.google.com, right-click where the street is, and copy the correct GPS coordinates.

Yes, it is on the map. The problem is that I am not getting a route on it. It is a paved road with two-way traffic. At both ends there are “Yield” traffic signs. This road is in no way inferior to the other roads in the area. I know the area very well because I live at one of the ends.

For routing, Waze uses many more factors. If it doesn’t give you a route through there to reach your destination, it means Waze considers it better (taking all factors into account) to go another way.

If you want Waze to take you exactly where you want to go, it’s the wrong approach to using the app. You either rely on it 100%, alternate between what you know and what it shows you, or go without it.

I don’t know what interests are at play, but I know it’s the best road in the area.
There is a mistake somewhere.

I’ve checked now and I saw two traffic signs at the intersection with the DJ: STOP and Pedestrian Crossing. At the other end of the road, there is a Yield sign.
My destination coordinates: 44.85767 ; 25.08649
