Having issues with forum login?

Due to some changes on the website recently, you might experience problems with your login (the login screen keeps coming back when you hit ‘submit’).

To solve this issue, please delete cache and cookies.
You can do so using one of two links:

I had this problem twice. Remove the cookies related to Waze en clear your saved passwords from Waze.

Another forum hiccup and the moderators for each forum now appear doubled up. Same userid, but still… it looks all screwy.

Hi, of course but today it worked for 30 minutes and here we go again …

On Firefox, I can sign in and I get the option to sign in automatically each time I visit Waze site. On Chrome, I have to type in my user name and password each time and I never get the option for the browser to remember my password and sign me in automatically. I tried deleting cookies for Waze in Chrome, which was no help. Any suggestions?

Login to www.waze.com/forum/ucp.php and tick the appropriate box…

Well that worked, thanks. I wish I could do the same thing when signing on to the main Waze site. It always asks me for my user name and password. http://www.waze.com/ before I can view My dashboard for instance.

If you use chrome deleted all parts of the chronology :wink:

Hi guys,

I have 2 login userID’s active on Waze. 1 for all my wazing and the other for the Forums.
Question is, is there any way for me to rename my Forum Login ID to match my Waze map client one?

You can login to the forum with your other ID.

Already tried that. Won’t recognise the login. Only recognises it in the client.

You could try the forgot password link to see what it gives you.

Tried that as well.
Get the response: “The e-mail/username information submitted could not be found.”

You could open a ticket under /support QuickHelp, providing all the details in terms of usernames, email addresses, etc., and see if they can help sort it out.
